Are your products genuine?

Yes, always. Every Field Bar, SMEG, and Stanley product we sell is genuine, authentic imported stock, sourced directly through proper channels. We never sell grey-market goods or replicas, and every product is backed by its manufacturer’s warranty.

How long will my delivery take?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your region – major centres like Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Cape Town are typically on the faster end, while more rural areas can take a little longer. Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to every province in South Africa through our courier partners. If you’re in a particularly remote area, we’ll be in touch after your order to confirm delivery arrangements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, instant EFT, and other secure payment options available at checkout. All payments are processed securely, and we never store your card details.

What is your returns policy?

Are your appliances covered by warranty?

Yes. Because we only sell genuine imported stock, every SMEG appliance, Field Bar cooler, and Stanley product qualifies for its full manufacturer’s warranty. Keep your proof of purchase handy for any claims.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it right to your door. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into My Account.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Our website reflects live stock levels. If a product is showing as available to add to cart, it’s in stock and ready to ship. If something you want is sold out, reach out to us – we can often let you know when it’ll be back.

Do you ship large items like bar fridges?

Yes, bar fridges and other larger appliances are shipped nationwide too, just with extra care and, in some cases, a slightly longer delivery window. See our Shipping & Delivery page for specifics.
