Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to our courier partners within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During major sales periods, processing may take slightly longer – we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location:
- Major centres (Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town): 2–4 business days
- Other towns and cities: 3–5 business days
- Outlying and rural areas: 5–7 business days
You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships, so you always know where it is.
Shipping Costs
We keep shipping simple:
- Free shipping on all orders over R1,500
- Flat-rate shipping on orders under R1,500, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
Large Appliances & Bar Fridges
Bulkier items like SMEG bar fridges and larger appliances are handled by specialised freight couriers equipped for oversized goods. These items may take a day or two longer than our standard timeframes, and in some cases we’ll contact you directly to confirm access arrangements (stairs, gate codes, etc.) before delivery day. Rest assured – these items are packed and insured for the journey.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa. If you’re in a particularly remote location, our courier partners may need an alternate pickup point nearby – we’ll always confirm this with you before your order ships.
